13 weeks pregnant, or 11 weeks after conception: urine production

Your baby has begun to produce urine, which gets released into the amniotic fluid. Baby's bones are beginning to harden, especially those in the pelvis, ribs, head, limbs and spine. Your baby's skin, although still thin and transparent, is thickening and will soon be covered with fine hairs called lanugo. Baby's sense of touch has also started to expand to all parts of their body.
