16 weeks pregnant, or 14 weeks after conception: a more agile foetus

At 16 weeks pregnant, your fetus is more mobile and coordinated, now able to move its hands and feet. It's still a little early to feel your baby move but it's easy to see the baby's movements on an ultrasound. Your little one's eyes have begun to move and they are starting to swallow more amniotic fluid, which can often lead to hiccups!
Meconium, the newborn's future 'first bowel movement', expelled after birth, begins to accumulate in the intestines. By the end of this week, your fetus will be about 16 cm long and weigh roughly 110 grams.
