20 weeks pregnant, or 18 weeks after conception: halfway through your pregnancy

Your baby is measuring around 16 cm and weighs over 320 grams, the fetus is halfway through its gestation. They are now starting to have more regular sleep and wake cycles, sleeping about 18-20 hours a day. You can start to feel the baby's movements becoming more lively as their muscles are becoming stronger and more powerful.
