28 weeks pregnant, or 26 weeks after conception: the end of the second trimester

At the end of the second trimester, your baby weighs almost a kilo and is about 32 cm long. Their brain is still maturing and the neurons are differentiating.
Your little ones' bone marrow is now able to produce white and red blood cells. If your baby were to be born at this time, they would still be considered very premature but would have a good chance of survival.
