31 weeks pregnant, or 29 weeks after conception: is baby head-down?

Your baby is now a little rounder due to an increase in fat reserves.
If you're having a little boy, his testicles should have now descended into the scrotum. For little girls, the ovarian reserve has finished developing. The fingernails continue to grow, sometimes to a length that might surprise you at birth... Babies are often upside down at this stage of pregnancy, but can still turn over if they are not.
